The DBR Clubhouse Resort
is an exclusive retreat built for the pleasure, relaxation, and enjoyment
of our residents.
Nearly a full acre of land
provides plenty of parking as well as a small scenic lake with a water
fountain, waterfall, park bench, and observation bridge.
The
clubhouse includes an indoor, heated pool, eight-person hot tub, and
fitness center. Outside you can
relax on the sundeck or enjoy a picnic out back under the shade of
umbrella-tables and beautiful trees.
We even have basketball, wiffle ball, and pool volleyball games that
go on throughout the week! Come join
